This year the competition takes place with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation within the program "Significant Events for Ukrainian Culture". The organizer of the competition is the "Artistic Association" The World of Classical Music" NGO. "Svitoch" TM is the general sponsor of the event.

Oleh Krysa — is a world-famous violinist, professor at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester (USA), which was born in Lviv. His creative career started at Lviv specialized secondary music boarding school named after S.Krushelnytska. He was reaching the top of skills under the guidance of the glorified maestro David Oistrakh. Oleh Krysa performs around the world with leading orchestras and conductors as a soloist. In his repertoire 72 violin concerts of all epochs, including double and triple. Oleh Krysa is a jury member of many international violin contests. In 2013 was founded The Oleh Krysa International Violin Competition in Lviv.


Public organization - "Artistic Association" The World of Classical Music" was founded in February 2012 with the aim of classical music popularization, integrating Ukrainian violin music into the world context, as well as providing professional musicians, academic collectives, educational institutions and masters of manufacturing and repairing of musical instruments with everything they need. https://www.skm-music.com.ua/

Lviv Confectionery Factory "Svitoch" - one of the oldest enterprises in Ukraine, a leading manufacturer in the confectionery industry, is a successor of the time-long tradition of chocolate manufacturing. The history of "Svitoch" began in the far 1882 in Lviv, which was, at one time, called the chocolate capital of Europe. In 1998 the Lviv factory entered the group of companies Nestlé S.A. (Switzerland) - the world leader in food production. Now the company is implementing the policy of long-term development of the factory, aimed at achieving the world-class quality of Nestlé. Today "Svitoch" is a modern high-tech enterprise that is dynamically developing.  The factory operates production lines of waffles, chocolate bars and sweets, a fundamentally new automated production of chocolate. At the end of 2009, the new production line -Nescafe coffee in sticks was implemented. Successful implementation of this project marked the transition of “Svitoch” to new level of quality: from the local confectionery factory to the regional production center Nestlé in such areas of business as confectionery and coffee. In 2017, “Svitoch” celebrated the double anniversary - the 135th anniversary of the foundation of production and the 55th anniversary of the “Svitoch” brand.
